If you're looking for a private lakefront home to rent on Lake Winnipesaukee this is it! This beautifully maintained 4 bedroom Lakehouse is big enough for a large group or family reunion of up 8 adults or a family of 12 including children/infants. Larger groups can be accommodated by renting additional units at the Lazy E located right next door. In addition you have access to the amenities at the Lazy E including a raft, hot tub, horseshoes, fire-pit and more. Located directly on the Paugus Bay with private waterfront and boat docking that can handle up to a 35' boat with plenty of deep water. All this and only a mile from Weirs Beach and all it's attractions!
The Lakehouse is fully furnished and includes your linens (but please bring your own beach towels). On the first floor there is a large spacious kitchen with a dishwasher; a 3/4 bathroom with a shower and laundry facilities; a spacious living room with views of the bay and a large sun porch on the lake side of the home. The living room has cable TV, radio, VCR and DVD.
The 4 bedrooms are all located upstairs on the second floor. The Master Bedroom has a Queen bed, a TV and DVD and great view of the lake. The 2nd bedroom has a double bed and a twin bed and also has a view of the lake. The 3rd bedroom has Queen bed and TV/VCR. The 4th bedroom has a double/twin bunk bed. The second floor bathroom is a nostalgic reminder of the era when the property was built. Great for the that quiet relaxing bath.
This is a non smoking property but the screened porch on the driveway side of the property can be used for smoking. Pets may be allowed at the Lakehouse with pre-approval by the owners and an additional pet fee, but they are not allowed on the main property of the LazyE.
